SUMMER JOB ANNOUNCEMENT
The Norman Coalition of Refugee Support is sponsoring a summer learning program for a small group of secondary Afghan Students to be held at Memorial Presbyterian Church, which is near 1-35 and Main. They are in the process of identifying an experienced ELL teacher or Reading Specialist with experience teaching English Learners to lead a five to six-week, ½ day academic-focused program.
NCRS Summer Program adopts a student-centered, communicative methodology that integrates engaging classroom learning with dynamic post-lesson activities that reinforce learning in a fun, social setting to prepare our learners for the upcoming academic year.
